Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute-NGO in Kosovo (SwissTPH) is implementing project called:” Integrated Health Services” (IHS), to contribute to the improvement of the health of populations through excellence in research, services, teaching and training in Kosovo. IHS Project hereby invites eligible IT (Information Technology) companies, particularly those focused on health tech software development to submit bids for supply on:

“QUANTITIES FOR NURSING SERVICES DIGITIZATION”

Delivery location of the services: General Hospital of Peja Municipality

Conditions for obtaining tender dossier:

To obtain the tender documents, all interested companies must submit a request via email to procurement@ihsproject.org The request should include the company name and unique business ID number. Upon receipt of the request, the tender documents will be sent to the applicant via email. The deadline for receiving requests to obtain the tender documents is 03 02.2025, at 16:30.

All necessary documents for application are included in the bidding documents.

The deadline for submitting bids is 04.02.2025 at 14:00,addressed to Swiss TPH -NGO in Kosovo/IHS Project, Office in Kosovo, Str. Tirana, Prime Residence, C 4/3, Entrance A, 9`th floor, no. 20, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo. Bids must be submitted in one sealed envelope, containing the following:

One original copy, one hard copy, and a USB drive with all documentation provided.
