HR Partner is a company specialized in recruitment and human resource management, helping businesses find the right talent to strengthen their teams. We are looking for an energetic, dedicated, and professional candidate to take on the role of Hard Services Manager for our client.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

Technical Skills:

• Mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems knowledge
• Hydraulic and water treatment
• Preventive and predictive maintenance procedures
• Equipment inspection, diagnostics and repair
• Safety regulations and compliance standards
• Maintenance management software proficiency and energy-efficient practices.
• Proficiency in risk assessment and implementing solutions to minimize risk

Professional Experience:

• 10+ years of progressive maintenance supervision experience
• Proven track record of managing maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Work order management
• Asset maintenance planning

Personal Attributes:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Technical troubleshooting aptitude
