INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Develop a Manual and Design and Produce Video Graphics service.

GIZ invites interested and eligible parties (consulting firms and individual consultants) meeting the requirements set out in this announcement to submit written Expression of Interest (EOI) for the following services:

▪ Develop a Manual: Create a manual that outlines the specific treatments and support mechanisms needed for returnees from prison and those with drug abuse issues. ▪ Design and Produce Video Graphics: Design and produce high-quality video graphics that effectively translate the manual's content into an easy-to-understand explanatory video.

The eligible Parties will then be invited to submit a more detailed proposal through an estricted Request for Proposal process.

Documents to be Submitted

• A formal letter expressing interest for the project
• Company’s or expert’s details (CV’s) including full company name, full address, phone number(s) and email(s)

Application Process

• The applicant shall submit their EOI via email to [email protected] clearly subjected “83486901 - Manual & Video”
• Deadline for submission is 25th of April 2025, at 15:00hrs.

The eligible Parties will be notified by 28th April 2025 with the invitation to submit a proposal.

This Request for EOI is not a solicitation, and replying to it does not guarantee that an organization will be invited to any solicitation by GIZ. The issue of this EOI does not imply that GIZ is bound to select and shortlist any or all of the applicants pursuant to this EOI. Even after selection of suitable prospective organizations, GIZ is not bound to proceed ahead with the prospective organization and in no case be responsible or liable for any commercial and consequential liabilities in any manner whatsoever
