Position: Marketing and Sales Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing social media, and promoting company products and services. If you are creative, analytical, and passionate about marketing and communication, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company’s products and services;
• Manage the company’s social media platforms;
• Prepare promotional materials and content for both online and offline platforms;
• Collaborate with the team to strengthen the company’s market presence;
• Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth and promotion;
• Monitor and report on the results of marketing activities;
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management;
• Inform clients about new products and services offered by the company;
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields;
• Knowledge of digital marketing, design, and the use of social media platforms;
• Understanding of marketing and sales practices and trends in Kosovo;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• English language proficiency at least at B2–C1 level;
• Creativity and analytical thinking;
• Basic knowledge of digital platforms and online marketing tools;
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and meet deadlines;
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in Marketing and Sales are an advantage but not mandatory;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, maintain quality under pressure, and adapt working hours as needed.
