Job Title: BIM & DESIGN INTERN

Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated BIM & Design Intern to support our architectural design and modeling tasks. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in BIM workflows and is eager to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing architectural BIM models in Revit
• Support design tasks, drafting, and documentation
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and project coordination material
• Perform research and assist with standards, templates, and model organization

Qualifications & Skills:

• English communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must.:
• Background in Architecture (current student or recent graduate)
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Willingness to learn, improve, and take feedback

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Familiarity with BIM processes and other Autodesk tools
• Knowledge of construction drawings and detailing
• Experience with visualization/rendering tools

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. After the first three months, employees are eligible to work remotely on Fridays from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
