We’re looking for someone to join us full-time, Monday through Friday, from 12:30 to 21:00.

What We’re Looking For:

• No experience? No problem. We value passion, drive, and the ambition to succeed!
• Fluency in English is a must.
• A genuine interest in financial markets and industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills to make the perfect match between candidates and jobs.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Excellent sales abilities and negotiation skills.
• Stellar communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Availability for a full-time role, Monday to Friday, in our office.

Your Mission as a Recruiter:

• Hunt down the best financial talent in the market using your sharp instincts.
• Build connections with potential candidates on a variety of platforms.
• Lead interviews and assessments to match top candidates with incredible job opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with both candidates and clients, creating lasting partnerships.
• Stay ahead of the curve on market trends, economic news, and industry shifts to provide valuable insights.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure we hit our targets and keep the momentum going.
