Invitation to Tender

The Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) is implementing the project “Integrated Health Services” (IHS) to contribute to the improvement of public health through excellence in research, services, teaching, and training in Kosovo.

Through this invitation, the IHS Project invites legitimate and qualified tenderers to carry out activities related to the supply and installation of fire safety and protection systems for the implementation of the following:

Safety Preparedness and Disaster Response/Fire Safety System Project at the General Hospital in Peja Municipality.

Interested companies may submit a request to obtain the tender dossier on any working day from 08:30 to 16:30 by contacting the IHS Project office in Kosovo via email: [email protected] Along with the request, companies must provide their company details, including the Company Name and Unique Identification Number.

The deadline for requesting the tender dossier is 04.03.2026 at 09:00 AM. Upon receipt of the request, the documentation will be sent to companies via email. All necessary application details are included in the tender dossier.

The deadline for submitting offers is 13.03.2026 at 11:00 AM at the following address: Str. Tirana, Prime Residence, Entrance A, 9th Floor, Apt. 20, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo. Offers must be submitted in hardcopy as follows:

• 1 original + 1 physical copy of the offer
• 1 USB or CD containing the electronic version of the complete tender documentation

All documents must be enclosed together in a single sealed envelope. The submission must use a two envelope system:

• Envelope A: Administrative and Technical Offer
• Envelope B: Financial Offer

Both envelopes must be sealed and placed within the single outer envelope, addressed to the IHS Project. The envelope should be clearly marked: “Fire Safety System for GH in Peja” with Reference Number: ITT/IHS/2026/001

Note: A MANDATORY SITE VISIT is required. Tenderers are encouraged to visit and inspect the worksite and surrounding area to obtain all necessary information for preparing their offers. Important: Failure to attend the site visit will result in the rejection of the tender. Site visits are scheduled for: 26.02.2026 and 04.03.2026. Tenderers may attend one or both visits. For consortiums, either one or all members may participate.
