INVITATION TO TENDER

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is

implementing technical cooperation measures on behalf of the Government of

the Federal Republic of Germany.

GIZ Kosovo invites tenders for the following:

The tender documents should be requested by emailing: [email protected] tating the name of the company, tender reference number and contact details requesting the tender dossier.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Bidders will not be able to submit responses after the above date and time.

Bidders shall only use the following email [email protected] for questions concerning tender. GIZ is exempt from VAT and customs duties; an exemption confirmation will be provided. Bidder must ensure compliance with embargoes and other trade restrictions against Russia, Belarus, Crimea and the affected parts of Eastern Ukraine.

Details of the submission requirements are outlined in the enclosed Terms and Conditions for Application.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced tender that meets all specified requirements (Annex-1 Technical Specifications).

Please note that this is a public invitation to tender; therefore, no negotiations will be conducted

ADDITIONAL BIDDING REQUIREMENTS

The Bidder shall submit the following additional documents as part of its bid:

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Technical specifications of the goods, detailing all essential technical and performance characteristics, including guaranteed or acceptable maximum and/or minimum values, as applicable
• Financial offer

OPTIONAL

Bidders may submit offers for all lots or for combinations of lots. However, bidders must submit offers for all items within a given lot for the proposal to be considered responsive.
