POSITION: Brand Manager

PAY: 1,200 – 1,500€

staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a motivated and professional candidate for the position of Brand Manager to join our client’s team in industry of Distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the food category, driving sales performance, developing supplier relationships, and expanding the product portfolio within retail chains.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and develop the food product category within retail chains
• Lead and coordinate the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance
• Plan and implement promotional and in-store activities across supermarket chains
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
• Build and maintain relationships with different food producers and suppliers
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
• Develop the category by introducing new products and improving the product range
• Represent the company in local and international fairs to identify new suppliers and expand the food product portfolio
• Prepare regular reports and updates for the Sales Director

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of expertise in sales, category management or FMCG industry
• Excellent knowledge of English (required)
• Knowledge of Serbian language is considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• B Category driving license
