Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated AI Software Engineer who can help us design, build, and scale internal automation tools and AI-driven workflows.
This role will focus on integrating modern AI platforms (such as Claude and other LLM providers) into real business processes, including document automation, data processing, workflow orchestration, and operational tools.
You will work closely with leadership and operations teams to turn manual processes into scalable AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop internal software tools and automation workflows
• Integrate AI platforms (e.g., Claude, OpenAI APIs, etc.) into production systems
• Build scripts and backend services to automate document generation, data extraction, and workflow approvals
• Develop integrations between platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, Property Management systems, etc.)
• Work on prompt engineering, AI reliability, and workflow optimization
• Improve performance and scalability of automation systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing codebases
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and product stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills:

• English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required (C1 or C2 level of proficiency).
• 5+ years experience as a Software Engineer / Automation Engineer / Backend Engineer
• Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience working with APIs and building integrations
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar)
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Ability to independently design and deliver technical solutions

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar LLM tools
• Experience in prompt engineering and AI workflow design
• Experience building automation using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom orchestration
• Familiarity with document automation / PDF generation / OCR tools
• Experience integrating with Slack, Google Workspace APIs, or enterprise SaaS platforms
• Exposure to DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
