staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a motivated and professional candidate for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our client’s team in the Digital Media Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing daily operations, coordinating teams, improving internal processes, and supporting the company’s strategic goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and coordinate daily company operations to ensure efficient workflow and communication between departments
• Collaborate closely with department managers to monitor performance, priorities, and project execution
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve internal processes and productivity
• Lead and coordinate company projects, activities, and strategic initiatives
• Establish reporting and performance tracking systems to support decision-making and accountability
• Ensure tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities are clearly assigned and completed on time
• Prepare regular operational reports and updates for the CEO

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics or related field
• Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English language
• Previous experience in management, operations, or team leadership
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects, deadlines, and priorities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage responsibilities effectively

OFFER:

• Salary 1,200 - 1,700€ Gross, based on experience
