About the Position

Dexis is seeking professionals for the anticipated USAID-funded Community Cooperation Activity in Kosovo. The anticipated Activity is expected to address attitudes and behaviors of individuals and institutions to build consensus around a shared future in a multiethnic state.

Please submit expressions of interest and CVs for the following positions:

  1. Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) with technical capabilities in conflict and violence prevention, social cohesion, and peacebuilding.
  2. Director of Operations, Finance, and Administration
  3. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager
  4. Communications Specialist
  5. Senior management positions in civic education, youth engagement, municipal governance, information integrity, social cohesion, and gender, equity, and social inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Experience with USAID or other donor projects
  • Strong communication skills and management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team context and as a team leader.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Experience in engaging and working with non-majority communities to promote inclusion in and equitable access to government services and institutions.
  • Strong language skills both written and oral in English and local languages.
