staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a motivated and professional candidate to take on the role of Sales Manager to join our client, a company specializing in the distribution of medical and aesthetic equipment. The candidate’s main responsibilities will be promoting and selling high-end aesthetic devices and products and establishing good relations with clients and driving business development through strategic field activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote and sell aesthetic products and equipment to both existing and potential clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as clinic managers etc
  • Participate in industry events, trade fairs, and product launches as a brand representative
  • Achieve or exceed performance objectives and KPIs while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to guide sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and client engagement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Medical Sciences or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry in similar roles
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products, along with experience using devices such as lasers, RF, ultrasound, or injectables, is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in Albanian and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

OFFER:

  • Salary 1,500€ Net, based on experience
