POSITION OBJECTIVE (Describe why this specific position exists)

The purpose of the Engineering Consultant is to support, train and communicate with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, public offices, and investors, in order to specify Aumil’s systems in their project.

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES (Describe your main duties and responsibilities)

2. Support all Architects, Consultants, Engineers with finding the best solutions to their projects.
3. Constantly visit Architects, Consultants, Engineers, public offices to connect & support.
4. Visit customers for technical training on how new systems operate and about product upgrades and updates.
5. Contribute to the sales and profits increase, by bringing new projects to the company, implementing in-direct, as well as direct sales practices.
6. Be an influencer in the architectural world. Create a clientele of Architects, Consultants, Engineers.
7. Escalate to the rest of the commercial team and ALUMIL all the information about the projects and the processes, necessary for the successful project implementation in each area.
8. Cooperate with Product Managers to develop new solutions / systems based on market needs.
9. Inspect closely and record the movements of competitors in his/ her area of responsibility.
10. Participate in the facilitation of engineers’ visits (key account engineers and affiliate executives) for guided tours, presentations and technical training. .
11. Keep CRM constantly updated with all necessary information.
12. Participate in the certification process of Alumil products by national authorities.
13. Prepare and update technical presentations.
14. Participate in exhibitions and fairs taking place in its region.
15. Onsite review of systems installation, prior to any warranty signoffs. Technical support for design development of interface details.
16. Develop and maintain BIM and CAD libraries.
17. Develop architectural and engineering templates and reporting formats for the assistance of clients to structural and thermal performance of the proposed systems.
18. Gather and maintain country's or regional specific industry standards and building regulations & specification
19. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by his Direct Supervisor

1. Ability to represent the company, its products and services to architects and engineers.
2. Ability to understand the customers’ needs so that they are met completely, using as much diversified range of products as possible.
3. Ability to provide innovative, technical responses to specific customer requests.
4. Ability to be communicative, with a high sense of orderliness.
5. Work under pressure

EXPERIENCE

1. Desirable prior knowledge of architectural systems and their designs.
2. Desirable job experience at one of the sector’s companies and / or sales companies.
3. Desirable experience within an organized sales department of a company.

EDUCATION/ TRAINING

• Degree in Engineering
• Excellent use of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD (2D and 3D) software, MS Office

3. Do not negotiate prices.

1. Train engineers and architects and penetrating their offices with innovative products.
2. Promote the company’s brand to architects, to keep the company into consideration for their projects.
3. Adopt corporate solutions to complex architectural plans.
4. Select appropriately systems in architectural studies so that the architect's final study is accurate and in-depth.
