PUBLIC CALL FOR PARTICIPATION OF A CIVIL SOCIETY REPRESENTATIVE IN EVALUATION COMMISSION OF CSO GRANT APPLICATIONS UNDER THE RELOAD3 PROGRAMME IN THE MUNICIPALITES OF GLLOGOC/GLOGOVAC, GJAKOVË/ÐAKOVICA, ISTOG/ISTOK, MALISHEVË/MALIŠEVO, AND VUSHTRRI/VUČITRN

The Regional Programme on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 3 (ReLOaD3[1]), funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme, hereby invites representatives of civil society organizations (CSOs) to submit applications for participation in the Evaluation Commissions for CSO grant applications in the Kosovo* partner municipalities of Gllogoc/Glogovac, Gjakovë/Đakovica, Istog/Istok, Malishevë/Mališevo, and Vushtrri/Vučitrn.

The overall objective is to strengthen participatory democracies and the EU integration process in the Western Balkans (WB), contributing to accelerated sustainable development of the region. It aims to empower civil society to actively engage in decision-making and public oversight, while stimulating governments to create a supportive policy, legal and financial environment for civil society.

Furthermore, the programme specifically seeks to strengthen coordination between governments and civil society organizations in the Western Balkans, contributing to a more conducive environment for CSOs through transparent public financing, an enabling legal framework, and increased civic engagement in policy design, delivery, and monitoring.

Participation of a CSO representative in the Evaluation Commission is strictly on voluntary, non-remunerated basis.
